How do I restore my “Pro” purchase on a new device?

Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro entitlement is tied to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase will re-enable Pro at no additional charge.

I was a long-time user before the paid upgrade. Do I have to pay?

Eligible legacy users receive lifetime “Pro” access at no charge (Grandfathered Status). The App determines eligibility automatically using your Apple receipt, StoreKit, device, or iCloud entitlement information. If your grandfathered access is not recognized, email us and we’ll help.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process App Store refunds directly.

Why isn’t my Pro status syncing across my devices?

Pro entitlement syncs through your personal Apple iCloud (Key-Value Store). Make sure you are signed into the same iCloud account on each device and that iCloud is enabled in iOS Settings. Your practice data itself stays local to each device and does not sync.

Is my practice data private?

Yes. Drug Infusion is private by design — there are no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking. Your calculations, scenarios, and progress stay on your device. Never enter real patient data into the App.

Can I use Drug Infusion for real patient care?

No. Drug Infusion is an educational simulator only. It is not a medical device or clinical decision-support software. Always independently verify every calculation using authoritative references, your institution’s protocols, and appropriate professional supervision.
