How buying Pro works
Paid once, on your Apple ID
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase on your Apple ID. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Restore it on a new device
Pro stays with your Apple ID. On a new iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID, open Settings, tap Manage, then tap Restore Purchase.
Long-time users
Used Drug Infusion before the Pro upgrade was introduced? Eligible long-time users receive lifetime Pro at no charge; the app checks automatically. If it doesn't recognize you, open Settings, tap Manage, then tap Restore Purchase, or email support@ianesthesia.org.
Refunds
Apple processes every purchase, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab). We can't process App Store refunds ourselves.
Prices outside the US
US$29.99 is the price in the US. Prices vary by storefront; Apple shows yours before you buy, charges it to your Apple ID in your local currency and collects any tax.
Classrooms
The free app can be deployed through Apple School Manager and has no accounts. Pro is an in-app purchase and can't be bought in volume through Apple School Manager. Questions about classroom use? Email support@ianesthesia.org.

Is Drug Infusion free?
Yes. It's free to download, and the calculator, Scenarios, the drug reference, and receiving two-person checks are free with no time limit. Pro is an optional one-time purchase (US$29.99 in the US) that unlocks Learn, unlimited two-person checks, the simulated infusion timeline, and pump verification practice.
What happens after my 5 free two-person checks?
Receiving checks stays free and unlimited. Starting a check, by showing your answer as a code for a partner to scan, is free 5 times, for life; after that it needs Pro. Your partner never needs Pro to check your answer.
What syncs through iCloud?
A Pro purchase is restored from your Apple ID, not from iCloud. If iCloud is on, two small items sync through your own iCloud account: how many free two-person checks you've started, and lifetime Pro status for eligible long-time users.
If the price changes, will I be charged again?
No. A price change applies to future purchases only. Pro and eligible long-time users are never charged again.
Can I use it for real patients?
No. Drug Infusion is an educational simulator. It is not a medical device or clinical decision-support software. In real care, follow your institution's protocols, pharmacy references, and supervision.
