Who writes and checks the articles
The articles on this site are written and checked by iAnesthesia LLC and published under the company’s name. Each byline links to an author page that states the author’s tie to the app.
No article has been reviewed by an independent clinical reviewer yet, and each article’s byline says so. When a qualified reviewer checks an article, its byline will name them and the date.
How articles are sourced, checked and corrected, and how we use AI tools, is set out in our editorial standards.
How the app is built
- No account to create, and no servers that collect your data.
- No ads, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
- Your calculations, scenarios, and progress stay on your device.
- The two-person check works offline: one device shows a QR code, the other scans it with its camera, and the result appears on the verifier’s device. Nothing is sent over a network.
- This website uses cookieless, aggregate page analytics from our host.

Boilerplate
Drug Infusion is a practice simulator for IV medication math on iPhone and iPad. Nursing, pharmacy and medical students, and clinicians refreshing their skills, use it to work rate, bolus and dilution problems with every unit shown cancelling, and to rehearse an independent double check with a partner. It is free to start, Pro is a single one-time purchase, and it is never a tool for treating patients.
